BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft provides a prebuilt integration template that enables you to synchronize new people records in Salesforce with BMC Helix ITSM people records.
What this template does
The integration template provides the following capabilities:
- Creates a new people record in BMC Helix ITSM when a new people record is created in Salesforce
- Synchronizes updates between the records in BMC Helix ITSM and Salesforce
What you need
- Access to project .jar file from BMCs Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site
- Access to the Salesforce account
- Access to create and update incidents in BMC Helix ITSM

Importing a Template into Studio
In Studio, click the Exchange X icon in the upper left of the taskbar, log in with your Anypoint Platform credentials, search for the template, and click Open.
