Accelerator Customers Process API

This asset is used in the following MuleSoft Accelerators:
- MuleSoft Accelerator for Retail — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to enable retail IT teams to jumpstart digital transformation initiatives.
- MuleSoft Accelerator for SAP — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to simplify connectivity between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Salesforce.
- MuleSoft Accelerator for Manufacturing — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to simplify connectivity between SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
The Customers Process API orchestrates the data flow between different systems. The current release supports the following functionality:
- Orchestrates Customer profile data to be synced from B2C Commerce, Salesforce, SAP, OFBiz to MDM and downstream systems.
- Orchestrates Customer contact data (ContactPointEmailAddress) to be synced from B2C Commerce, Salesforce, and SAP to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Orchestrates Individual data to be synced between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud and to MDM.
- Orchestrates Organization data to be synced from Salesforce and SAP to MDM and downstream systems.Note: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and B2C Commerce do not support Organization Data.
This API also supports the lookup of customers based on various matching criteria.
