Accelerator ERP Customers Process API

This asset is used in the following MuleSoft Accelerators:

• MuleSoft Accelerator for Retail — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to enable retail IT teams to jumpstart digital transformation initiatives.
• MuleSoft Accelerator for SAP — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to simplify connectivity between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Salesforce.

The ERP Customers Process API is used to manage the customer data. The current release supports the following functionality:

• Creates/updates Customer (Individual) in SAP ECC and (Individual/Organization) Customer in SAP S/4HANA.
• Searches Customer (Individual) by Email, Master_Id, CustomerId, and Last Modified date.
• Retrieves List of Existing Customers.
• Polls the recently updated or created Customers (Individual) in SAP ECC and publishes to the queue to sync across all the systems.

Customers can use this integration template to accelerate implementation.
