Overview
These set of APIs provide a standardized way to retrieve and submit structured questionnaires modeled in Salesforce using FHIR-compliant Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse resources. It enables seamless data exchange for various healthcare workflows, including clinical documentation, prior authorization, and social determinants of health (SDOH) assessments.
The API also supports the HL7 Da Vinci DTR standard with a custom $questionnaire-package operation to search and retrieve relevant questionnaires based on patient context. By integrating with this API, healthcare providers, payers, and digital health applications can streamline data capture through standardized forms, automate decision support, and improve interoperability with external systems while maintaining compliance with FHIR standards.
