FHIR Subscription API for Health Cloud

Overview

FHIR Subscriptions on Health Cloud enables real-time, standards-based notifications from Salesforce Health Cloud to external client systems using the HL7 FHIR Subscription specification.
FHIR Subscriptions let client systems register their interest in specific events or data changes in Health Cloud. For example, updates to a Care Plan or Prior Authorization status . When those changes happen, Health Cloud sends a message (as per FHIR standards) to the subscribing system, enabling real-time workflows and eliminating inefficient polling.

This MuleSoft Direct application makes it easy for external systems (subscribers) to:

• Discover Subscription Topics exposed from Health Cloud
• Register an FHIR Subscription for specific events in Health Cloud through those subscription topics
• Receive real-time notifications from Health Cloud when the subscribed event occurs
