FINS Financial Institutions System API

This API specification is a component of the MuleSoft Accelerator for Financial Services, which accelerates implementation of essential integration use cases such as customer bank accounts sync across systems.

The Financial Institutions System API can be used to manage representations of Financial Institutions (such as Banks) in a generic Core Banking System. The following operations are supported:

• Search for institutions by institution ID, institution type, or external ID
• Obtain institutions modified between a given time period
• Retrieve an institution by its identifier
• Create an institution
• Update an institution
• Retrieve a bank by its bank code

Customers can use this integration template to accelerate implementation.
