Use the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Collections app to manage customer debt recovery processes.

The Financial Services Cloud Collections app is a reference implementation. To complete the integration, you must include connectivity to your own core banking or operational systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
