Setup

Prerequisites:

  • You must have an org with the “Collections And Recovery” licenses enabled.
  • You must have an org with all Actionable List related Licenses enabled. Ref

Setup Steps:

Actionable Segmentation Setup

  1. Enable Actionable Segmentation.
  2. Create an Actionable List Definition.
  3. Select Default Visible Columns for Actionable ListsR.
  4. Configure Actionable List Member Statuses.
  5. Activate Actionable List Definitions.
  6. Create Actionable Lists From List Definitions.

Bulk Action Setup

  1. Create Named and External credentials.
  2. Create an Integration Definition with the name "PostDebitInstructions", use the Apex class fsc_collection_apex.RequestDirectDebitIntegrationProvider, and pass the created Named Credential name as input. For more information, see Create an Integration Definition.
  3. Assign the created External credential to the user. For more information, see Enable User External Credentials.
  4. Open the Omniscript named CollectionsRequestDirectDebitForCollectionPlans and create a new version of it.
    1. Click on the set value SetDebitRequestDetails and edit the SubmitStatus element inside the selected set value.
    2. Change the status of the Collection Plan to have after the Redebit submission.
  5. Create an Actionable list on Object CollectionPlan.
    1. Add some CollectionPlans to the AL. Make sure you have all the mandatory fields assigned to CollectionPlans.
    2. Open the AL and select one or more members in AL → Bulk Action.
    3. Verify that Request Direct Debit is enabled.
    4. Click on the Bulk Action → Mule Api for the Redebit to call.e. Upon the successful API status, the Collection plan should be changed.
