Use the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud integration app to access core banking functions that are provided by external banking systems. This integration app:

Retrieves real-time financial account information, such as balance and transaction data from a customer’s core banking system.
Updates customer address data and requests the reversal of a fee charged to a financial account. The API calls will be made against core banking, or other operational systems, to perform the relevant updates and requests.
