IBM Sterling Order Management System and Inventory Visibility Connector – Mule 4

About

The Anypoint Connector developed by IBM for the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) and Inventory Management System (IV) consists of two modules – the OMS Connector Module and the IV Connector Module. This release provides connectivity to the IBM Sterling – OMS and IV backend APIs to capture orders, get order details, get order list, change order and cancel order with OMS APIs; and get inventory availability, reserve inventory with IV APIs.

These modules will provide instant access to the OMS APIs and the IV APIs to enable seamless integrations between those systems and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC), other databases, CMS applications, CRM applications and ERP. These modules will allow you to use the data between different systems to build applications to integrate with the IBM OMS and IV systems. These modules enable choice fulfillment with BOPIS, ROPIS to flexibly meet customers’ omnichannel shopping and fulfillment requirements.
