Infinitus MuleSoft Application integrates with Salesforce Life Sciences/Health Cloud to seamlessly verify Benefit Verification Requests from Salesforce. The Pharmacy Benefit Verification request results in a task in Infinitus Systems. Once the task has been worked on, the verification response is updated back to the Salesforce record.

Our application service is triggered when patient services representatives request a benefit verification and we return accurate eligibility patient data with robust and highly detailed pharmacy benefits for the prescribed medication. The wide range of data in regards to pharmacy benefits for the prescribed drugs includes plan design like the deductibles and out of pocket cost share details, if prior authorization is needed as well as what the status is if prior authorization is on file, and if the medication is covered with the patient's plan and what the patient responsibility is for a copay or coinsurance amounts.

We can provide both pharmacy benefit types, such as mail order and retail pharmacy. We also handle a wide number of Pharmacy benefit managers and have plan-specific data for medicare part D.

Patient services representatives can use these benefit details for informed decision making and other downstream activities like verifying if the patient is eligible for financial assistance.
