MFG Customers Process API

The Customers Process API orchestrates the data flow between different systems. It supports the following functionality:

Orchestrates customer profile data to sync from B2C Commerce, Salesforce, SAP, OFBiz to MDM and downstream systems.
Orchestrates customer contact data (ContactPointEmailAddress) to sync from B2C Commerce, Salesforce, and SAP to Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
Orchestrates individual data to sync between Salesforce and Manufacturing Cloud to MDM.
Orchestrates organization data to sync from Salesforce and SAP to MDM and downstream systems.
Syncs customers in batches from SAP S/4 HANA to Salesforce Consumer Goods.
- Note: Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and B2C Commerce don't support organization data.
