Overview
MuleSoft Accelerator for Data Cloud helps companies bring critical business data from core systems of record into Data Cloud to build a single view of their customer. Once data is harmonized and unified in Data Cloud, companies can offer personalized experiences and derive critical insights for their business.
Use cases
MuleSoft Accelerator for Data Cloud includes use cases for:
Financial Services: This use case simplifies the ingress and egress model of Data Cloud for quicker delivery and value realization. The use case leverages data warehousing platforms like Snowflake, Amazon S3, Databricks and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud as data inputs into Data Cloud. Once this data is ingested, Data Cloud analyzes the data to develop segments of customers. Once the segments are activated, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud consume the output of the Data Cloud activations.
Healthcare: This use case is designed to accelerate key integrations for healthcare organizations seeking to use Salesforce Data Cloud for their population health management initiatives. The assets provide a reference implementation to surface clinical patient information (such as conditions and immunizations) from an EHR-produced flat file and web engagement data to create robust patient segments.
Retail: This use case unlocks and unifies critical customer profile data from OMS, ERP, PIM, and data lakes so that CMOs and their marketing teams can more effectively run targeted campaigns. By unifying data into a customer data platform (Data Cloud), teams will be able to intelligently segment customers without duplication or manual processes.
What is a MuleSoft Accelerator?
Accelerators are a collection of technical assets (predominantly API specifications and implementation templates) and documentation to accelerate the implementation of multiple use cases supporting a larger business and/or industry problem.
Accelerators are designed as modular building blocks. Customers can change the patterns, mappings, and endpoints to suit their needs. They represent best practices we recommend to customers in accomplishing these use cases. Customers will save hours of discovery, design, development and testing each time they use an accelerator asset.
