MuleSoft Accelerator for Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud

This asset is a component of MuleSoft Accelerators for Salesforce Clouds, which accelerates implementation of essential integration use cases for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Modern consumers expect shopping experiences to be relevant, personalized, and seamless across channels. Gone are the days of bulk uploading and updating data on a weekly basis. For retailers, this means customer, product, and inventory data needs to be connected in real-time across all systems and channels.

After you configure your build environment, you can then select a use case described below and follow along.

Use cases

Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM integration

• Use case 1 - Products

Ability to search for product deltas in a product information management (PIM) system and reflect those changes in both Salesforce B2B Commerce and B2C Commerce instances on a scheduled basis, set as appropriate for your company.

Salesforce B2C Commerce and SAP (ERP) integration

Important: You must make first complete the SAP Custom BAPI setup guide instructions before proceeding to use case 2.

• Use Case 2 - Inventory

Ability to search for inventory availability data in SAP, as an example ERP, from Salesforce B2C Commerce on a scheduled basis, set as appropriate for your company.

Salesforce B2C Commerce and OMS integration

• Use Case 3 - Order creation
• Use Case 4 - Order status

Ability to sync orders to OMS, from Salesforce B2C Commerce on a scheduled basis, set as appropriate for your company, and any order update in OMS to Salesforce B2C Commerce.

Salesforce B2C Commerce and customer sync

• Use Case 5 - Customer sync

Ability to sync customer profile data that is created or updated in B2C Commerce with Service Cloud and an external ERP like SAP.
