Provider Bulk Sync API

The Life Sciences for Customer Engagement app enables Life Sciences and Health organizations’ teams to manage their relationships with Healthcare providers (HCP) effectively and efficiently.

One of the most important things a business needs is to be able to correct and check data about HCPs. This will help its field teams and commercial teams have the right information when planning and executing their customer engagement plans and activities.

The Provider Bulk Sync API lets organizations integrate IQVIA OneKey's healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) data directly into the Life Sciences or Health Cloud data model. The data that can be fetched and brought into the Life Sciences or Health Cloud data model to let organizations have access to information like Account Name, Work Locations, Addresses, Affiliations with other HCP and HCO, Speciality, Awards, and so on. The data can be used for downstream processes like Territory Planning, Segmentation, and also enable Sales and Commercial teams to have a verified set of Accounts to target and meet.

Key features include the ability to fetch data in bulk for accounts (HCP and HCO), data transformation of data from OneKey to the Life Sciences or Health data model, scalability, and robust security.

This API also enables organizations to perform delta syncs, which means they can retrieve only records that were created or updated after a specific date. After the initial loading of all master data, organizations can then choose to fetch only the updated records as needed, bringing them into the Life Sciences or Health Cloud.
