Provider Services API

The Provider Services application enables Life Sciences or Health Organizations' commercial teams to manage their relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) effectively and efficiently.

Teams want to keep the right and up-to-date information about HCPs and HCOs they work with. They also want to quickly get information they don’t know about an HCP or HCO when they visit their accounts.

The Provider Services app:
1. Enables teams to quickly search for an HCP or HCO that isn't present in their system (CRM) from IQVIA OneKey. This improves commercial teams’ efficiency.
2. Allows sales to raise data correction requests (Validation Requests) to ensure that the correct data for the HCP or HCO is always maintained.

Key features include:

1. Real-time search of OneKey for HCPs and HCOs and real-time viewing of search results. Search results are shown in the provider services app.
2. Validation requests creation to create or update HCP and HCO information. You can identify validation request status and fetch the updated data from OneKey based on that status.
