Salesforce Data Cloud Ingestion from Sitemaps - Implementation Template

This application enables users to integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sitemaps to allow them to surface unstructured data, powering a variety of generative AI use cases. It handles the orchestration required to ingest both content and its associated metadata from Sitemaps to be used in conjuction with Data Cloud's vector database.

Capabilities

The Salesforce Data Cloud Ingestion from Sitemaps Process API can be used to synchronously and asynchronously ingest data into Data Cloud from Sitemaps sources. It supports the following functionality:

• PollFullRefresh - Allows the ingestion of metadata for unstructured data from Sitemaps to Data Cloud for content of interest.
• Retrieve Content - Allows retrieving content from Sitemaps for the requested resource in Data Cloud to support various Einstein AI use cases.
