Setup

Prerequisites

  1. You must have an org with Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud Service is enabled.
  2. You must have access to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  3. Enable access to MuleSoft Direct Integrations.
  4. Connect your MuleSoft and Salesforce instances.
  5. Create a Connected App.

Setup Steps

Set Up the Ethoca Alerts Connector App on MuleSoft

  1. Log in to Salesforce and navigate to the Setup tab.
  2. Search for Integrations Setup.
  3. Select the Ethoca Alerts Connector application and click Enable.
  4. Enter the application display name, target business group, and deployment environment, then click Next.
  5. Enter the following details to configure the application properties:
