You must have a MuleSoft Direct for Communications Cloud license and the following steps in this section must be completed first directly from within your Salesforce Org.

Deploying the TMF620 Outbound API to Mulesoft Anypoint Platform Using Runtime Manager

  1. Log in to your Salesforce org, and go to the Setup menu.
  2. Search for “Industry Integrations Solutions” and select Integrations Setup.
  3. When you are prompted to connect to MuleSoft, select your Mulesoft deployment server (“US” or “EU”) and click Next.
  4. Select your mode of connectivity (either User Credentials or Connected App Credentials) and then enter the required credentials to create the connection.
  5. After you successfully connect with yourMulesoft instance, find the API to deploy for your use case and click Enable for the corresponding API.
  6. You are prompted to complete a form with fields corresponding to your Mulesoft instance where the API will be deployed and run:
    • Display Name
    • Application Name
    • Business Group
    • Environment
    • Deployment Target
  7. Click Next and fill in the required fields for the configuration properties using your Salesforce and Aria Instance details.
  8. Click Proceed to begin the enablement and deployment process for the application.
  9. Repeat the previous steps to deploy another instance of the same API. Ensure that the Display Name and Application Name are unique for each additional instance of the API.
