About the template

BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, along with BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft provides an out-of-the-box integration template that you can use to integrate BMC Helix ITSM incidents with Azure DevOps work items. You configure the integration in BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker and deploy the integration template to your BMC Helix iPaaS environment.

What this template does

The integration template provides the following capabilities:

• When an incident is created in BMC Helix ITSM, a corresponding work item is automatically created in Azure DevOps and vice versa.
• Synchronize the status, comments, and attachments between Jira and BMC Helix ITSM.

What you need

• Access to project .jar file from BMCs Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site
• Administrator access to a JIRA account
• Administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM

Importing a Template into Studio

In Studio, click the Exchange X icon in the upper left of the taskbar, log in with your Anypoint Platform credentials, search for the template, and click Open.
