What this template does
This is great for customer support teams. When you close a customer support case, send a survey to make sure that the customer was satisfied.
What you need
- A Salesforce account
- An email account that supports IMAP
How you set it up
- Import the template.
- Log in to your Salesforce and email accounts.
- Customize the email message.
