This Warranty Cloud API describes the interfaces that are available to Allison’s Authorized Service Network and other select business partners for direct integration to Allison 4WARD™, Allison’s warranty administration system.

Follow the steps to request Warranty API access:

  • Create Anypoint platform access with official email ID for easy validation
  • Select API Instance as PROD-Public

  • Create a new Application for production with mentioned details:

  • Provide below mandatory Information in the application name:
    • 10 digit customer ID assigned
    • Company name

  • Select only available SLA tier and request access:
