For customers migrating from API Manager 1.x to 2.x, you need to classify the APIs into environments from the unclassified environment.

How to use management APIs for unclassified environment? In order to use those endpoints, you need to put “unclassified” as :environmentId in the URIs.

Please note that Mule 4 and Runtime Fabric don’t support unclassified environments. If an API is already classified, it can’t be unclassified, and the user permission access control for unclassified environments follows the same schema as API Manager 1.x.
