** /resourceAttributeValueChangeEventStandalone CWS or the Carrier Provisioning System (CPS) calls this API to update the eSIM subscription state at SES if the eSIM subscription is not provisioned by SES. The CWS needs to call this API to update the eSIM subscription status after network provisioning completes.
