  3. The tickets will be fetched from ACUT System.
  4. The current implementation fetches trouble tickets based on the account number.

  6. Possible values for Ticket Status are:
    • NEW
    • ACKNOWLEDGED
    • ASSIGNED
    • CLOSED
    • CREATION
    • DISPATCHED
    • GIVEN
    • CANCELLED

    • FINALIZE
  7. Possible priority values are:
    • 1 - High
    • 2 - High
    • 3 - Medium
    • 4 - Medium
    • 5 - Low
