What is the Assurance API?

The Assurance API is a comprehensive fault management tool that provides full visibility and control throughout the fault management lifecycle.

This API retrieves details of your product instance to drive enhanced workflow including service validation, fault diagnostics, outage correlation, and a streamlined process for booking appointments and submitting & updating problem reports.

The Assurance API also leverages the Network Events API enabling you to retrieve details of planned and unplanned events and/or retrieve a list of services impacted by an event.

Choose to deploy all or some of the Assurance API functionality to integrate with your assurance processes, internal support systems and operations.
