Work Request Manager API

What is the WRM API?
The Work Request Manager (WRM) API is a centralised Work Management platform, that enables the routing and end-to-end management of work requests between Chorus (the Work Requestor) and Service Companies (the Work Supplier).
The WRM API provides visibility and control throughout the work request lifecycle, including:
- sending work requests to Service Companies
- accepting or rejecting work requests
- scheduling and rescheduling end-customer appointments
- providing work request status updates
- putting work requests on hold or cancelling work when required
- enabling the exchange of additional information such as updating site contact details or worker details
- updating work requests for completion and closure.
The initial deployment of the API includes work requests for fibre provisioning and all reactive assurance work. In future, usage of the API will be extended to include additional work types such as routine maintenance.
The WRM API provides users with a consistent experience across all work whilst having the flexibility to be customisable for the type of work being performed.
With this shared capability, Chorus has revolutionised the way work requests are managed by providing a comprehensive and functional solution for both Chorus and Service Companies.
