About the Manage Appointment API
The Manage Appointment API allows you to check site visit and Ready for Service (RFS) appointment availability, reserve or reschedule site visits, reschedule RFS appointments and retrieve appointment details.
Fibre ordering and fulfilment
When you're booking a site visit appointment, the Manage Appointment API allows you to retrieve available appointment dates and times and reserve one for your order. If your order doesn’t have a site visit, you can schedule a date and time for the order. Whether you’re managing a site visit appointment or an intact RFS order, the API also allows you to retrieve and update the details of an appointment so you can perform all activities relating to appointments in one API.

What you can do with this API
The Manage Appointment API enables you to:
- get a list of available site visit appointments
- get a list of available RFS appointments
- view and book site visit appointments
- view and book RFS appointments.
The Manage Appointment API presents you with all available appointments relevant to your order from the appropriate schedule.
