Before the implementation process, partners must have:

• Formal/informal training on XaaS Usage API
• Cisco Credentials (CCO ID) must be established
• Registered for Cisco XaaS Usage API (Registration & Authentication Section)
• Knowledge of token creation on MuleSoft platform (Registration & Authentication Section)
• BID (Bill-To ID) must be added in profile
