Crowley Business Booking API service {for external customers}

Please check below to prepare the booking request.

  1. Cargo Type Supported - Container, Break Bulk, Vehicles.
  2. Crowley will provide existing CVIF and Location Code of the parties involved in the booking.
  3. Customer should use the prvovided CVIF and Location Code for all the parties involved in booking.
  4. Customer can provide the Agreement Reference Number or Contract Number if available (field - agreementReference).
  5. Refer Commodity Description Sheet provided by Crowley for open tariff booking (field - commodityDescription). If agreement Reference number is passed it is expected to get the Commodity Description as per the contract agreement.
  6. Refer Equipment ISO Code sheet to be used as for field - equipmentIsoCode
