FAQ - Information about EDPS
Why are there different use cases? One per country?
The Edenred solutions are submitted to a local regulation which differs from a country to another and from a product to another. Those limitations are defined in each use case to help you in your implementation
Where can I find the specificities of a specific country?
On the online specification menu (available on the left), you can find one page per country integration. Each page is dedicated to the integration of each product enabled in each country. Each use case contains a swagger for each product supported by the API.
Who oversees the application of the local specificities?
Most of the specificities are managed on Edenred APIs side and described in each country's Use case page. The specificities that required to be managed by the partner are provided by the Business Unit (ex. No possibility to buy alcohol).
How many environments are managed?
EDPS manages two environments: Sandbox and Production. You can get a dedicated set of credentials on each of those environments.
Can I get access to development, sandbox, preprod?
We can create one configuration in sandbox and one in production. We can add several URLs (redirect for the login and logout, frame ancestor) to manage connectivity with your own different environments.
How to get an access to the APIs in development, sandbox, preproduction?

What integration modes are supported?
We support two integration modes: API (More information on the portal) and Plug and Pay (also called P), this one is not available in all countries, for more information, please ask for the dedicated documentation.
Is there a portal? Where can I see the list of my transactions?
There is currently no back-office portal to check the list of transactions. Delivery is planned shortly. For now, you can use the Get transaction details API or we can provide you with transaction data on-demand. Please send us a date range for the extract.
I got a timeout for the access token with Postman, what should I do?
Please, make sure the SSL certificate is deactivated in your settings.
