Integration Overview

Technology

The MDC interfaces are web services which return JSON.

GET calls

GET calls are supported by REST APIs hosted on TechOne via CIAnywhere.

POST/PUT/DELETE calls

Calls that require an update of data are supported by writing a change record to a warehouse table hosted on TechOne via SOAP service E1WAR_Services

Security

Calls to web service are made over the Internet using HTTPS. The MDC web service API will allow calls from the Datacom specific IP address only.
