Integration Overview
Technology
The MDC interfaces are web services which return JSON.
POST calls
External - To post applications to DataScape, use a web service call that adds/updates data supported by sending data and writes into DataScape.
Internal - Calls that add/update data supported by sending data and writes into DataScape.
Security
Calls to web services are made over the Internet using HTTPS. The MDC web service API will allow calls from the Datacom specific IP address only.
