Overview
The purpose of the Hybris Integrated WhatsApp BOT solution, specifically designed for the SAR market, is to provide businesses in that market with a comprehensive and integrated solution for leveraging WhatsApp as a communication channel with their customers.
Currently there is no integration option available as part of the SAP product for Hybris Integrated WhatsApp BOT solution. This means that the solution is not directly provided or supported by SAP.
If the solution is not available, businesses in the SAR market can explore the option of building their own local solution using the available APIs provided by Hybris. These APIs cover a wide range of B2B (business-to-business) functionality and can be used to link a locally built solution with the Hybris platform.
For example, in Europe, the Purina business has built their own website on top of the Hybris platform using Drupal and they retrieve data through these APIs. This was developed through a web development agency as a contract with the business unit.
