Overview

In Railcard, the API is utilized for both creating and updating accounts in Salesforce through MuleSoft.

The Accounts Experience API serves as the front-facing interface, handling customer requests from the Web UI and invoking MuleSoft’s Accounts System API to process those requests.

This process ensures proper authorization and authentication by utilizing JWT authentication and the Client Id/Secret policy implementation.
