Overview

The Regulatory Batch S4H API is a generic API which is suitable to Create,Read the Material Batch records request in ASPIRE SAP S/4HANA System (Batchs).

Please note that this API Source systems includes:

  • SAP ECC (P30,P57,R3P,P55)
  • GEP
  • Veeva QMS e.t.c

The Regulatory Batch S4H API is a generic API which is suitable to Create, Read the Material Batch records request in ASPIRE SAP S/4HANA System

Through this API, Source Systems can create Batch for ASN and pull the Batch details.

Business Case

The Regulatory Batch S4H API is a generic API which is suitable to Create,Read the Material Batch records request in ASPIRE SAP S/4HANA System (Assets Notifications).

  1. This API will be invoked by snd-intercompany-proc, Mulesoft Process API which will be invoked by the Source systems like - SAP ECC(P30,P57,R3P,P55) , GEP , Veeva QMS e.t.c.

  2. This API will call S/4HANAAssets system API to create the Material Batch notification.

  3. Once the Batch is created this process api will call prc-supplierdelivery-s4h-sys system API to send the ASN to ERP S/4HANA.

  4. This API is also used to fetch Batch record from S/4HANA
