How do I request access?
- Connect with API Owner prior to requesting formal access to the API in order to discuss business case, background information, needs & process.
- On the top right corner, select a particular instance(ex:Basecamp 2.0 SBOX, Basecamp 2.0 PROD) to which access is required. For more details, please refer to "RIM API Access Request-Roche Integration Marketplace"
NOTE: Please do not select DEV and Stage environments when requesting access
API Instances that can be selected refer to the Mulesoft environment. Mulesoft environments are linked to Basecamp 2.0 environments as follows:
- Mulesoft Test <-> Basecamp 2.0 SBOX
- Mulesoft Production <-> Basecamp 2.0 PROD
How do I report bugs or production incidents?
An incident should be raised if there are any incidents with the API. Incidents should be raised through Service Now which will subsequently be triaged by the support team.
Steps to create a ServiceNow Incident Ticket
- Click here to Submit an Incident for DS Applications in ServiceNow
- Enter a Short Description, starting with “BC2_OUT_FullRecipe_JSON API”
- Enter the Description
- Select the dropdown under Urgency and select an appropriate value (Choose 1-High only if the entire system is down or if there is a major manufacturing impact)
- Click on the DS Application drop-down and select Basecamp 2.0
- Click on the Calendar Icon in the Date of Error occurred field and select the date the bug or incident was encountered
- Click on add attachments and add screenshots of the bug
- Confirm that screenshots are attached and then click on submit
