Orders API - Test
home
Overview
The Digital Distribution Platform (DDP) provides an Application Programming Interface (API) for Brokers and Customers to access Land Registry Services provided on behalf of Land Use Victoria and products and services provided by SERV.
These are RESTful APIs that are provided to Brokers and Customers in addition to the existing SOAP-Based Landata WebServices APIs. As they offer a more modern, easier to setup, faster, more secure manner to connect to LANDATA Services, any new APIs will be established as Digital Distribution Platform APIs.
Order APIs
The Order set of services allow you to see what information products are available on a specified title or property, make orders for those products and see your order history. If you don't already have a title identifier, you may use the related Discovery APIs to confirm which title you'd like to purchase products for. Once you have successfully submitted an order, you may check the status of items in that order and download the purchased files when ready.
Available now:
- Product List - Get the list of certificate products available for order on a specified title, by providing a volume & folio number or encrypted title ID created by a Discovery API. This will include important details about each product like the pricing, description, pre-requisites, responsible authority, turnaround time and more.
- Submit Order - Submit an order for Landata certificate products when ready for confirming the purchase. Provide the list of products you want, along with customer account details, pre-requisites required and a correct title ID. The response will include the order confirmation number to be used when later looking up the order
- Order History - Provide an order number and/or customer ID and get the paginated list of relevant past orders. This will include all details about the order, as well as the included items purchased.
- Retreive Order Item - Specify an item in a submitted order and retrieve that item, along with any other important details. Depending on the item, it may be available in a pre-signed URL or as text in the response.
- Municipalities and OC Managers Extra data - These will provide an up-to-date list of Victoria Municipalities and currently operating Owners Corporation Managers. These reference datasets are used for completing 'extra data' information that may be required for selection by the end user when completing an order. For example, A section 151 Certificate requires the details of the relevant Owners Corporation Manager.
Available soon:
- Property products - Property related information products, like a Land Information Certificate or a Section 151 Owner's Corporation certificate, will be added soon so that they will be accessible in the Product List and submitting orders.
*Currently we have Discovery and Ordering APIs ready in our test environment.
