Objeto Destinatario (for all operations)

(1) If it is a shipping with office delivery (Admission Method [1] and Delivery Method [2] View Annex I Products table). It is mandatory to indicate email or smsNumber. Both can be reported, but at least one of them is required. The recipient will receive a notice via email or SMS at the phone number indicated in this field. If the shipment has the added value "Time in List" (PELIPA see Annex VI Table of Additional Values) it is mandatory to indicate smsNumber.The addressee will receive a notification via SMS at the telephone number indicated in this field.

(2) In addressee chosenOffice field, not only urban office addresses are allowed, but also service points in rural areas (PAR).

(3) Domestic shipments destination Portugal

Shipments Paq PREMIUM and Paq STANDARD (View Annex I Products table) destined for the islands of Portugal are not allowed. These islands are characterized by having a Portuguese postal code (4 digits) that begins with 9 (9XXX).

(4) When the total value of the goods declared in the customs information exceeds the threshold defined by the destination country, it will be mandatory to provide the recipient's doiNumber and doiType fields. Applicable limits may vary between countries. Currently, the minimum value is €150 for all countries.

Franking Type FM and Franking Machine Number Requirement

When the field frankingType is set to FM (Franqueo Máquina), it is mandatory to provide the frankingMachineNumber field. This ensures that the shipment is correctly associated with the specific franking machine used for postage.

Summary:

• If frankingType = FM, then frankingMachineNumber must be informed (not empty).
• If frankingType is any other value, frankingMachineNumber is not required.

This rule guarantees proper validation and traceability of shipments processed with a franking machine.
