Error Code Classification

To make error identification and handling easier in the interface, error codes are grouped by numeric blocks according to the affected area or entity:

  • 1000-1999: Recipient (Dest) Errors related to recipient data, such as address, name, phone, etc.
  • 2000-2999: Sender (Rem) Errors related to sender data.
  • 3000-3999: Added values and special operations Errors about additional services, refunds, insurance, etc.
  • 4000-4999: Product and general validations Product errors, dimension and weight validations, etc.
  • 5000-5999: Contracts and rates Errors related to contracts, rates, and annexes.
  • 6000-6999: Documentation and customs Errors in documentation, customs, and declared items.
  • 7000-7999: Shipment status Errors about shipment status, cancellations, etc.
  • 8000-8999: Not allowed operations Errors for operations not allowed for the product.
  • 9999: Test or generic Codes reserved for tests or generic errors.
