Distributor API Overview

The SRAM Distributor API gives you access to our product catalog and your specific price list. This allows you to understand our current product offering and your current price list.

Price List

The price list API gives you access to your current price list for our product offerings. The price list provides:

  • Part Numbers
  • Part Descriptions
  • Part sizing details
  • Product Attributes
  • Distributor Pricing

Catalog Content

The catalog content API provides additional details for the catalog product offering, and is intended to provide information that can be used in product details web pages. The catalog catalog provides :

  • All Product Catalog API product information
  • Part Descriptions (short and long)
  • Product Image information
  • Product Features
  • Product Technologies
  • Product Specifications

This endpoint accepts an optional 'language' query parameter to localize the returned descriptive content. Supported values are:

  • 'en' (English) Default
  • 'de' (German)
  • 'es' (Spanish)
  • 'fr' (French)

NOTE: This only contains post-embargo data.

Product Information

The Product Information API gives you access to a specific product's detailed information based off of its serial number. The product information API provides:

  • Part Numbers/Names
  • Model Information
  • Part Attribute Data

Service Information

The Service Information API gives you access to a specific product's detailed service information based off of its serial number or part (Finished Good) number, and is intended to provide information that can be used in product service details web pages. Pass either identifier as the serialFGNumber path parameter. The service information API provides:

  • Part Numbers/Names
  • Model Information
  • Features
  • Media Images
  • Part Technology Data
  • Service Reference Documents
  • Spare Part Information
  • Upgrade Kit Information
  • Service Kit Information
