Stream ingestion into Data Cloud returns a 202 accepted message and doesn’t return an endpoint to check the ingestion status. This response means that the data is accepted and processed into Data Cloud but doesn’t represent the actual ingestion status into DLO.
In the FHIR bundle endpoint, only the FHIR Bundle of types “collection” and “document” are supported.
