The ERP Customers Process API is used to manage the customer data. The current release supports the following functionality:

• Creates/updates Customer (Individual/Organization) in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Searches Customer (Individual/Organization) by Email, External_Id, CustomerId, and Last Modified date.
• Retrieves List of Existing Customers.
• Polls the recently updated or created Customers (Individual/Organization) in SAP ECC and publishes to the queue to sync across all the systems.

Customers can use this integration template to accelerate implementation.
