Process Flow Overview:

• Employee offboarding update in Workday: HR updates termination details, triggering the integration.

• MuleSoft API trigger: Polls Workday or listens for real-time events.

• Data transformation and validation: Maps Workday fields to Salesforce, ensuring data consistency.

• Salesforce Employee2 record update: Changes employee status, populates exit dates, and deactivates related records.

• Notification & Confirmation: Success or failure acknowledgment is sent back to HR, with error handling via Salesforce cases.

This integration reduces manual intervention, ensures compliance, and enhances operational efficiency.
