The Concur Expense Sync integration syncs data bidirectionally between Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and SAP Concur. Using MuleSoft, this application automates expense data flow so field representatives can manage visit-related expenses within Salesforce while maintaining data integrity across both platforms.
By eliminating the need for manual reconciliation and double-entry, this integration simplifies expense management, increases policy compliance, and reduces administrative overhead for field users and organizations alike.

• Prerequisite Sync: Imports unsubmitted and rejected reports from SAP Concur into Salesforce.
